Before theOPPO Reno7 5G andOPPO Reno7 Z 5G even get launched in the Philippines, an A series phone has made its way to local retail.
TheOPPO A76 has joined other Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 devices that recently got official in the Philippines, including theRedmi Note 11 andVivo Y21T. The model that’s available in the country has 6GB of extendable RAM and 128GB of built-in storage, and it ispriced at P11,999 (around $231). You can pick between the Glowing Blue and Glowing Black color variants, though if we were to buy one, we’d opt for the former. It boils down to personal preference, of course.
A major highlight of the OPPO A76 is its 5,000mAh battery with support for 33-watt SuperVOOC fast-charging technology. It can go from 0% to 50% in just 26 minutes or from nil to 100% in 71 minutes, according to the company, so “low-battery problems” are not really that much of an issue here. Besides, the cell is big; you can, say, be on a call for 42 hours straight or watch a YouTube video for 17.97 hours.
The smartphone likewise features a 90Hz punch-hole screen measuring 6.56 inches, an IP5X rating, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and Android 11-based user interface. For selfies and other shots, there’s the A76’s 13-megapixel dual rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.
