Vivo has quietly increased the prices of its two Y-series smartphones in India. The Vivo Y20A and Y20G, which were launched earlier this year, have received a price hike in India. Both budget smartphones were available so far under Rs 15,000. After the latest price hike, the 6GB RAM variant of the Y20G costs Rs 15,990. Vivo has also increased the price of the device’s 4GB RAM variant in India. After the Rs 1,000 price hike, the 4GB variant now costs Rs 13,990 in India. Vivo Y20A price in India and specs
The Y20A was launched in India for Rs 11,490. Customers who purchased the device got 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device has now received a Rs 500 price hike. It is now available for Rs 11,990. Vivo had launched the phone in two colours – Nebula Blue and Dawn White.
The budget smartphone under Rs 12,000 features a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It comes with a 6.51-inch Halo iView display and a triple-camera setup on the back. It has a 13MP primary camera sensor. The phone draws power from a Snapdragon 439 SoC under the hood.
Vivo Y20G price in India
The Y20G was launched in two storage configurations – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. Both variants have received a Rs 1,000 price hike. The standard 4GB model is now available for Rs 13,990 as opposed to its launch price of Rs 12,990. The 6GB RAM variant, on the other hand, is available for Rs 15,990. It comes in two colour options – Obsidian Black and Purist Blue.
The device features a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS display and a MediaTek Helio G80 processor. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
